No all of our teas are 100% GMO and pesticide free. We go to great lengths to ensure that our farmers are using all natual and ecological mothods to deter pests. They use mother nature and the food chain to make sure there are no pests or need for pesticide use!

All of our blends are generally safe to consume while pregnant and breast feeding. However it is always best to consult with your doctor before comsuming something new expecially if it will be consumed regularly. Our herbal teas are 100% caffeine free if you require no caffeine.

No none of our teas contain sugar they're 100% diabetic safe! If you would like to add sugar of course thats up to you, we do suggest adding honey or coconut blossom nectar if you are wanting to sweeten your tea.

It truely depends on your taste! All of our loose leaf blends do not require you to add milk or a sweetener. However all of the black loose leaf tea blends are complimeted with teh addition of 3/4tsp honey and 3 tbsp soy milk. All of our latte blends require the addition of milk we suggest soy or oat and honey if you'd like.

All of our ingredients are sourced direct from fair trade, organic farmers. Most are family owned and passed down through the generations. Wherever grows the best blend geographically is where we look to source that single ingredent from. To ensure the 100% best quailty and truest taste.

Our latte blends are to be steeped with only milk or non dairy milk and honey. Following the brewing instructions on the label. Creating a tea latte at home or work or whereever you may be!

Our loose leaf tea range are all loose leaf dried tea which you would steep over water following the brew temp guide in our FAQ page. Then adding milk or non dairy milk and honey if it suites you.
