No all of our teas are 100% GMO and pesticide free. We go to great lengths to ensure that our farmers are using all natual and ecological mothods to deter pests. They use mother nature and the food chain to make sure there are no pests or need for pesticide use!

All of our blends are generally safe to consume while pregnant and breast feeding. However it is always best to consult with your doctor before comsuming something new expecially if it will be consumed regularly. Our herbal teas are 100% caffeine free if you require no caffeine.

No none of our teas contain sugar they're 100% diabetic safe! If you would like to add sugar of course thats up to you, we do suggest adding honey or coconut blossom nectar if you are wanting to sweeten your tea.

It truely depends on your taste! All of our loose leaf blends do not require you to add milk or a sweetener. However all of the black loose leaf tea blends are complimeted with teh addition of 3/4tsp honey and 3 tbsp soy milk. All of our latte blends require the addition of milk we suggest soy or oat and honey if you'd like.

All of our ingredients are sourced direct from fair trade, organic farmers. Most are family owned and passed down through the generations. Wherever grows the best blend geographically is where we look to source that single ingredent from. To ensure the 100% best quailty and truest taste.

Great question! Our latte blends are to be steeped with only milk or non dairy milk and honey. Following the brewing instructions on the label. Creating a tea latte at home or work or whereever you may be! Our loose leaf tea range are all loose leaf dried tea which you would steep over water following the brew temp guide in our FAQ page. Then adding milk or non dairy milk and honey if it suites you.

Great Question! For one cup of tea we suggest 1 teaspoon or teascoop, and for a tea pot 2 teaspoons of tea! All our tea is 100% natural and organic so it does take 3-5 min to steep correctly.

Green tea is best steeped at a temperature of 160 F (74-85 degrees Celcius) Black tea is best steeped at 203 degrees F (95 degrees Celcius) White tea is best steeped at a temperature od 185 F (85 degrees Celcius) Herbal teas are best steeped at 203 F (95 degrees Celcius)

PRODUCT DEFECT: For whatever circumstance your product arrives defected please email us at louisefinetea@gmail.com with any photographic evidence if applicable and information you have. We will reveiw the issue and put forth a refund if the crcumstance is considered that it is a defective item. Please note that refunds can take 1-3 business days to post on the card used for the transaction. PRODUCT RETURN: If you would like to return your order please send a refund request with you order number to louisefineteas@gmail.com we will process your request within 3-5 business days. You will be responsible for return postage fees. We will email you in response with information on where to send your return to. Once we receive the product in full, unopened, undamaged packaging we will process a refund for the total paid minus shipping expenses. The return can take 1-3 business days to process onto the card used for the purchase.
