Earl Grey

Earl Grey is a flavoured tea made from a blend of black tea and bergamot oil. It’s best known for being the staple ingredient of a London Fog (Earl Grey Latte), created with steamed milk, vanilla syrup and boiling water, but it is also tasty served on its own. 
 
Ingredient notes: Bergamot has a soothing aroma and is known to help with feelings of anxiety and sadness.
