Peach Crumble

Ingredient notes: White tea is the least processed of all the teas and is high in antioxidants. Contradictory to its name, brewed white tea is a pale yellow. It is named “white tea” after the fine white hairs that appear on freshly budded tea leaves. Ginger is traditionally used to alleviate nausea and reduce symptoms of motion sickness. It is also said to aid against bloating.
